Funeral services for Bro. Harmon Wray Moore, 88 of Corinth are set for Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 11:30 am at Magnolia Funeral Home – East Chapel with interment in Corinth National Cemetery with Military Honors. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 21, 2020 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm and Thursday, October 22, 2020 from 10:30 am until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home – East Chapel. Mask and Social Distancing will be REQUIRED. Born April 28, 1931 in Water Valley, Kentucky, Bro. Wray passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2020 in Oxford, MS. He was of the Baptist faith and a member of Oakland Baptist Church. Bro. Wray was a retired pastor for over 50+ years and he also worked for A and S Railroad for 25 years. He loved his family and friends and enjoyed fishing and camping. Bro. Wray’s passion was preaching God’s word. He is a United States Air Force veteran. Bro. Wray is survived by his wife of 68 years, Carol Moore of Corinth; daughters, Rita Walker of Washington, Rhonda Garcia and husband Francisco of Corinth, MS and Diane Hastings and husband Ernest of Corinth, MS; sons, Danny Moore of Illinois and Terry Moore of Arkansas; 9 grandchildren, Whitney Hatch and husband Deravion, Cody Davis and wife Kaley, John Andrew Waldon and wife Chasity, Laura Craddock, Jessi Craddock, Nathan Moore and wife Heather, Tyler Moore and wife Keri, Matthew Moore and Sally Moore; 12 great-grandchildren; sister, Pat Eberhart and husband Lee of Illinois; other relatives and a host of friends. Bro. Wray is preceded in death by his father, Otis Moore; mother, Mary Rabey Moore and brother, Bobby Meyers. Dr. Randy Bostick will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be John Andrew Waldon, Cody Davis, Ernest Hastings, Francisco Garcia and Deravion Hatch. Magnolia Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Bro. Harmon Wray Moore.
