Visitation is scheduled on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 from 5:00 P M to 8:00 P M at Magnolia Funeral Home officiated by Bro. James Hardin. Interment will follow in Farmington Baptist Church Cemetery

He served his country in the Army during WWII.

13 Grandchildren:Lindsey Marie Metze (Jamie), Justin David Potts, Sarah Dickson Brown, Mary Elizabeth Potts, Lisa Michelle Lancaster, Christopher Steven Potts, Amanda (Kyle Berry), Kenneth Wade Battles, Ashley Danielle Morelock, Michael Wayne Cox, Laci Danielle Dillman, Kimberly Brooke Cox and William Joseph Co;. 25 Great-Grandchildern; 1 Great Great-Grandchild; and 1 brother, James Earl Potts.
