Funeral services for Joseph Wayne Lamberth, 91 of Corinth are set for Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at 1:00pm at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with Military Honors. Interment will follow in Henry Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 7, 2019 from 11:00am until 1:00pm at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories. Wayne was born March 7, 1928 in Kossuth, MS and passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at Whitfield Nursing Home in Corinth. He was a retired chief financial officer for Packaging Corp. of America with over 20 years of service. Wayne was of the Baptist faith and a member of Tate Baptist Church. He was an U. S. Army/Air Force Veteran of WWII. Wayne is survived by his daughter, Lynn Lamberth Tracy of Corinth; 3 grandchildren, Emma Masse and husband Justin, Claire Plante and husband Caleb and Chris Tracy and wife Chanda; 5 great grandchildren, sister, Katherine Miller and husband Leroy of Corinth, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 67 years, Martha Jean Hardin Lamberth; daughter, Carol Hardin Lamberth; 1 great grandchild; father, Clarence Eugene Lamberth; mother, Julia Grace Walker Lamberth; 2 brothers and 3 sisters.
