Virginia Rozella Martin, 86, of Corinth, Mississippi, died Saturday, April 11, 2015, at her residence. She was born on June 10, 1928. She retired from ITT and was a member of South Corinth Baptist Church. Visitation is scheduled for 5 until 9 PM on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 and from 10 AM until service time on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at Magnolia Funeral Home. Funeral services are scheduled for 11 AM on Wednesday, April 15, 2015, at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, officiated by Bro. Jay Houston. Interment will follow in Forrest Memorial Park. Magnolia Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements. Survivors include a son: Bobby J. Martin and wife Beverly of Selmer, TN; a daughter: Loretta Edmondson (Terry Trimble) of Corinth, MS; three grandchildren: Chris Edmondson, Leslie Martin Cantrell and husband Shane and Martin Drew Edmondson; two great grandchildren: Hunter Lee Edmondson and Jacob Elijah Edmondson; a brother: Durrell Carter and wife Beth of Altmont, TN; a sister: Margie Sue Nash and husband Ray of Rienzi, MS; other relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter: Kerrie Ann Edmondson; her father: Jasper Cratus Carter; her mother: Lillian Beulah Smith Carter; her brothers: Reggie Carter and Virgil Carter.
