Vernell "Nell" Parks

Funeral services for Nell Parks, 88 of Corinth are set for Monday, November ,28, 2022 at 11am at Magnolia Funeral Home - East with interment in Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, November, 27, 2022 from 7pm-9pm and Monday , November 28, 2022 from 10am-11am at Magnolia Funeral Home -East. Bro. Steve Roberts will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Brad Roach, Dewayne Robertson, Cody Robertson, Tanner McClellan, Austin McClellan and Quitin Ballard. Born June 23, 1934 in Ramer, TN., Nell passed away on Friday, November 25, 2022 at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth. She was a retired inspector for ITT with 33 years of service . Nell was of the Baptist faith and a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. She loved her family and friends and enjoyed mowing her lawn, gardening, working in her flowers, fishing, camping and most of all spending time with her grandchildren. Nell is survived by her son, Mike Parks and wife Rita; daughters, Raina Robertson and husband Sammy and Tena Ballard and husband Ricky; 7 grandchildren, Hannah Christian and husband Trey, Brad Roach and wife Mariah, Dewayne Robertson and wife Erika, Cody Robertson and wife Shanda, Jody Ballard and wife Amy, Angie Green and husband Michael and Jennifer McCLellan and husband Michael; 14 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; sisters, Geneva Ayers, Virginia Wolfe and Ruby Jean Newell; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Parks; father, Troy Kirk; mother, Viola Wren Kirk and her brother, Gene Kirk.
