Trudys C. Tuckier

Trudys C. Tuckier, 81, of Tuscumbia, AL, passed away on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Helen Keller Hospital in Sheffield, AL. She was born on September 14, 1939 in Alcorn County, MS to the late Cullen Curlee Jr. and Doris Curlee and was of the Christian faith. Trudys retired after 30 years of working as a schoolteacher and will forever be remembered in the hearts of her family and friends. Due to the pandemic the family has requested private family only services. Bro. Dennis Smith will officiate. Interment will be in Rienzi Cemetery. Magnolia Funeral Home – East Chapel is entrusted with the arrangements. Those left to honor Trudys’ memory include her husband of nearly 60 years, Rex L. “Larry” Tuckier Jr. of Tuscumbia, AL; her son, Dr. Rex Curlee Tuckier and wife Beth of Moulton, AL; her grandson, Elijah Tuckier; her sister-in-law, Barbara Curlee of Corinth; other relatives and many friends.
