Trudy Kennedy

A Celebration of Life Service for Trudy Kennedy, 80 of Walnut, MS, will be Sunday, November 13, 2022 at 2:00 P M at County Line Baptist Church with interment to follow in County Line Baptist Church Cemetery.  Bro. David Shepard will officiate the service.  Visitation will be Sunday, November 13, 2022 from 1:00 P M until service time at County Line Baptist Church.  Mrs. Kennedy passed away Sunday, November 6, 2022 at her residence.  She was born November 7, 1941 in Naic, Cavite, Philippines to Perfecto Poblete and Dionisia Legaspi Poblete.  She retired as a lab technician from World Color after 22 years of service and was a member of County Line Baptist Church.  She loved traveling, shopping and feeding all her friends and family.  She enjoyed taking care of her dogs and cats.  Trudy is survived by her step-son, Charles Kennedy, Jr. (Trudy); her step-grandson, Chaz Kennedy (Grace); her 2 step-great grandchildren; her sister, Purificacion Tanega; her sister-in-law, Wanda Hamm (Anthony); her caregivers, Sonja Barnes and Liz Peterson; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Kennedy; her father, Perfecto Poblete; her mother, Dionisia Legaspi Poblete; her brothers, Napoleon Poblete, Julian Poblete and Ernesto Poblete.  Pallbearers will be Anthony Poblete, Michael Glisson, Joe Cooper, Jordan Hamm, Harold Wilbanks and Jeremy Wilbanks.  Honorary pallbearer will be R.L. Mathis.  Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mrs. Trudy Kennedy.
