Biographical Information
Date of Birth: October 10, 1919
Employment/Occupation: Auto Parts Salesman and Cattle farmer. Worked for Moses for over 30 years, and then retired from Auto Supply with 22 years of service.
Veteran: He was a U. S. Navy Veteran of WWII and served on the USS Carlton. He was a POW in Germany for 33 months. He was awarded a Bronze Star. He was a member of the local American Legion and VFW.
Church Affiliation: He was an active member of South Corinth Baptist Church until his health failed him. He loved his family and friends and enjoyed fishing, rabbit hunting, and baseball, especially the St. Louis Cardinals. He was a people person and a humble man, who never said anything bad about anyone. He always found the good in everyone.
