Tommie Lee Parvin

A Celebration of Life service for Tommie Lee Parvin, 82, of Glen, MS is set for 3:00pm on Sunday, February 11, 2018 at Glendale Baptist Church with burial at Glendale Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, February 11, 2018 from 1:00pm-3:00pm at Glendale Baptist Church . Mr. Parvin was born September 9, 1935 in Corinth, MS and was a member of Glendale Baptist Church. He retired from OCI as the operation manager with more than 40 years of service. Tommie was survived by his wife of 64 years, Thelma Parvin of Glen; son, Lynn Parvin and wife Lisa of Corinth; daughter, Lisa Phelps and husband Brian of Glen; 3 grandchildren, Summer Parvin, Callie Phelps Johnson and Carlie Phelps; 4 great grandchildren; brother, Jerry Ray Parvin of Savannah, TN; numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Fred Parvin; mother, Callie Bratton Parvin; brother, Jethro Parvin, Guy Parvin, Joe Ed Parvin and Fred Parvin and also a sister, Louise Morgan. Brian Phelps and Bro. Jon Haimes will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Daniel Fowler, James Parvin, Stacy Stewart, Harold Holder, Steve Little, Mike Morgan, Sammy Thorn and Cobey Parvin.
