Thomas Lee Moss

A Celebration of Life service for Thomas Lee Moss, 76 of Corinth, MS, will be Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 2:00 P M at Tuscumbia Baptist Church with interment to follow at Tuscumbia Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Ray Morton will officiate the service. Visitation will be Saturday, June 2, 2018 from 1:00 P M until service time at Tuscumbia Baptist Church. Mr. Moss passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at his residence in Corinth, MS. He was born September 26, 1941 in Corinth, MS to James Woodrow Moss and Willie Beatrice Cox Moss. He was a retired truck driver and was a member of Tuscumbia Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing, riding horses and restoring old cars. He especially loved spending time with his coffee buddies at the BP and sitting on his porch swing. Thomas is survived by his daughters, Angela Kay Matheny and husband Kenneth of Mason, TN and Dana Rochelle Gatewood of West Memphis, AR; five grandchildren, Joe Gatewood, Leah Moss, Austin Beier, Brittnay Newton and Bubba Newton; three great-grandchildren, Carson Sims, Jackson Sims and Aiden; other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his son, Thomas Dewayne Moss; his father, James Woodrow Moss; his mother, Willie Beatrice Cox Moss; his brothers, Stanley Moss, James Moss, Larry Moss and Jerry Moss and his sister, Bonnie Smith. Pallbearers will be Kenneth Matheny, Joe Gatewood, Bart Beier, Austin Beier, Brandon Moss and Nick Moss. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mr. Thomas Lee Moss.
