Sue Jean Wray

A Celebration of Life service for Sue Jean Wray, 80 of Ramer, TN, will be Saturday, March 13, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Magnolia Funeral Home – East Chapel with interment to follow at Magnolia Gardens. Bro. Ben Martin and Bro. Jeff Shaw will officiate the service. Visitation will be Friday, March 12, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturday, March 13, 2021 from 10:00 AM until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home – East. Mrs. Wray passed away Monday, March 8, 2021 at her residence. She was born February 25, 1941 in Ackerman, MS to Travis Box and Jackie Beach Box Bundy. She was a retired postmaster and a member of Michie First Baptist Church. Sue was a cake decorator artist, loved working in her flowers and was an amazing seamstress. She was the family cheerleader, busy church volunteer, community-wide caregiver and good Samaritan. Sue is survived by her husband of 61 years, Walker Wray of Ramer, TN; her daughters, Melanie Claburn, Dina Cooper (Billy) and Kristie Wray; five grandchildren, Allen Millican (Erin), Walker Renfro, Chase Claburn, Reilly Ellis (Wayne) and Evelyn Alexis Renfro; her brothers, Michael Box and Jimmy Box (Joanne); her sister, Linda Henning (Tommy), numerous nieces, nephew, cousins and good friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Travis Box and her mother, Jackie Beach Box Bundy. Pallbearers will be Walker Renfro, Tim Folden, Ben Cooper, Tyler Wilson, Wes Rainey and Duane Starks.
