Sue McCreary

Sue McCreary, 87, of Corinth, MS, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2020 at Mississippi Care Center. She was born in Alcorn County, MS on November 13, 1932 and retired from ITT/Cortelco. She attended Oakland Baptist Church. Due to the pandemic and out of concern for the extended family and friends, services will be private. Magnolia Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements. Those left to honor Sue’s memory include her daughter: Renae Martin and husband George of Corinth; her grandson: Joshua Martin and wife Michelle; her great-grandchildren: Skyler Martin and Jasper Martin; her brother: Benny Keith Essary and wife Carolyn of Brownsville, TN; her sister: Kathy Essary Huff (David) of Corinth; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years: Billy Ray McCreary; her father: Cliff Essary; her stepmother: Alton Essary; her brothers: J.L.
