Shirley Holland, 63, of Corinth, MS passed away on Friday, February 1, 2019 at her residence. She was born in Haleyville, AL on December 2, 1955 to the late Thomas and Betty Vickers and attended Rock Hill First Pentecostal Church. She worked at several area garment factories as well as World Color. She enjoyed the outdoors, going camping, baseball and enjoyed encouraging and keeping up with her friends on Facebook. Her greatest passion and reason for living was her family, especially her grandchildren. Shirley will forever be remembered in the hearts of those she loved. Visitation is scheduled from 5-8 pm Sunday, February 3, 2019 and from 12 pm till service time Monday, February 4, 2019 at Magnolia Funeral Home. A celebration of Shirley’s life will be held at 2 pm Monday, February 4, 2019 at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories officiated by Bro. Steve Findley and Bro. Matthew Joshlin. Pallbearers include Ricky Hollands, Gary Hollands, Floyd Hollins, Micheal Hollands, Shane Childers, Mitchell Hollands, and Tommy Shepherd. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery – Tishomingo County. Magnolia Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements. Those left to honor Shirley’s memory include her husband of 22 years: Greg Holland of Corinth; her son: John “Squirrel” Burcham of Corinth; her daughters: Regina Burcham of Corinth, Rhonda Burcham of Corinth, and Chastity Hollands of Iuka; her grandchildren: Addy Taylor, Trinity Triplett, Camber Burcham, Patience Triplett, and Easton Russell; her brothers: Edward Vickers (Debbie), Jerry Vickers, and Billy Vickers all of Colbert Co. AL; her sister: Elizabeth Vickers of Colbert Co. AL; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
