Memorial services for Charles Shannon Markle, 50, of Corinth, are set for 2 pm Sunday, January 13, 2019 at Ronald Wood's home, 4119 CR 200 Corinth, MS. Mr. Markle passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at his home. Born November 16, 1968, he was a carpenter. He enjoyed fishing, working with his hands, cooking, grilling and spending time with his family. He was a Christian. Survivors include his wife of 16 years: Rhonda Markle of Corinth; three sons: Dakota Markle, Dustin Smith and Caleb Smith all of Corinth; two daughters: Harley Markle and Crystal Bowen both of Corinth; three brothers: Shang Markle of Corinth, Marty Gray of Sardis, MS and Harry Butler of Michie, TN; his step-mother: Peggy Markle of Corinth; his parents-in-law: Ronald Wood (Lori) of Corinth and Linda Hosey (Sam) of Booneville; two sisters-in-law: Tori Wood of Corinth and Melissa Williams (Tim) of Corinth; two aunts: Shirley Metlock of Corinth and Sue Davis (Paul) of Hamilton, AL; a friend: Steve Hamlin of Corinth; other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his father: Charles Markle and his mother: Rachel Butler Gray. Bro. Larry Hamlin will officiate the service. Magnolia Funeral Home is in charge of arrangments.
