Sammy Fred McCann, 68, of Pinson, TN, formerly of Corinth, left this earth for his heavenly home on Friday, June 24, 2016 at his residence. He was born in Corinth, MS on January 13, 1948 to the late Fred and Gertrude Hudson McCann. Sammy would like everyone to know he has left the building, his work here is done. His new mission takes him to a wonderful place where he will be socializing, taking long walks, and reading car magazines to his heart's content. Music, laughter, and love are guaranteed. He was a life-long member of East Corinth Baptist Church. He enjoyed watching drag racing and helping others. He loved his family and friends, but most of all, his Lord.
