Ruby Lee Rickman

A Celebration of Life service for Ruby Rickman, 96 of Corinth, MS, will be Sunday, October 14, 2018 at 2:00 P M at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with interment to follow at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery. Bro. Jason Pellizzer will officiate the service. Visitation will be Saturday, October 13, 2018 from 5:00 P M to 8:00 P M and Sunday, October 14, 2018 from 12:00 noon until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home. Mrs. Rickman passed away Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. She was born September 4, 1922 to Rev. John Whitfield Phillips and Minnie Josephine Price Phillips. She was an assembly inspector for 20 years and graduated from Alcorn Agriculture High School. She was a member of Lifeline Assembly of God, formally First Assembly of God. Ruby is survived by her sons, Steve Rickmon of Corinth, MS and Randy Rickmon and wife Julie of Clinton, MI; two grandchildren, Jenna Leigh Carroll and James William Rickmon; one great-grandchild, Lucas Benjamin Carroll; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Rickman; her father, Rev. John Whitfield Phillips; her mother, Minnie Josephine Price Phillips; her brothers, Johnny Phillips, Russell Phillips, Garvin Phillips and Millard Phillips; her sisters, Cleo Shipman, Eunice Bugg, Emma James and Callie Douglas. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mrs. Ruby Rickman.
