Rose Ella Glidewell

Funeral services for Rose Ella Glidewell, 88 of Corinth are set for Thursday, December 19, 2019 at 1:00pm at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with interment in Wheeler Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, December 19, 2019 from 11:00am until 1:00pm at Magnolia Funeral Home. Born May 20, 1931 in Corinth, MS., Rose passed away Sunday, December 15, 2019 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. She was a retired Floral Designer, who worked at Flowers and Gifts by Jane for many years. Rose is of the Baptist faith and a member of Wheeler Grove Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Dennis Henderson and Regina Kennedy of Corinth; great granddaughters, Jadyn Calvary and Jena Calvary; sister, Nellie Nichols and husband Rev. Orvil of Lewisburg, TN; special caretaker, Dorothy; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. Rose is preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Lillian Utley Gillentine; brothers, Willis Gillentine, Robert Gillentine and Noyal Gillentine; sisters, Sadie Page, Ruby Gillentine and Mary Lillian Gillentine. Rev. Orvil Nichols and Dr. Kara Blackard will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Rick Kelley, Charles Page, Joe Gillentine, John Gillentine, Robert Gillentine, Jr., and Mike Reys. Magnolia Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Rose Ella Glidewell.
