Robert Lee Sharp

Funeral service for Robert Lee Sharp, 77, of Corinth are set for Monday, June 19, 2017 @ 3:00pm at Hatchie Chapel Church with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, June 18, 2017 from 5:00pm until service time at Hatchie Chapel Church. Floyd Crum and Bro. Wallace Frazier will officiate the service. Mr. Sharp passed away Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. He was a retired manager for Phillip Brothers Truck Stop with 30 years service. He also delivered papers for the Daily Corinthian for 15 years. He was a member of Hatchie Chapel Church. Robert was survived by his wife of 57 years; Juanita Sharp of Corinth; his sons, Roger Sharp and wife Mary Beth of Corinth, Royce Sharp and wife Tina of Corinth: daughter, Marsha Swindle and husband Brad of Corinth; grandchildren: Robert Trent Sharp, Blake Swindle, Allie Sharp; step grandchildren: John Derryberry and wife Allison; Mary Ann Carper and husband Adam; great grandson: Trent Sharp; 5 step great grandchildren; sister, Mildred Roseberry of Walnut; half sister: Debbie Sharp of Kossuth; nieces: Tracie Smith, Angela Shelton, Teresa Mercer and Tammy Thorton; other relatives and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his step grandson: Greg Derryberry; parents, Alvie and Hortence Spencer Sharp; brother, Billy Sharp; sister, Sadie Smith and brother-in-law, Bill Roseberry. Pallbearers will be Shane Bayless, Michael Glidewell, Scott Mercer, Ronnie Mercer, Bobby Mullins and Ricky Crum. Magnolia Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Robert Lee Sharp.
