Robert Mark "Bob" Poquette, 74, of Corinth, MS, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday, October 6, 2015, at his residence. He was born in Petoskey, MI on December 15, 1940 to the late Joe and Lucille Germond Poquette. He retired from Quebecor where he worked as an engineer for 24 years. Bob loved his work, enjoyed solving math equations and NASCAR but especially loved being around his family. Visitation is scheduled from 11-12:30 PM Thursday, October 8, 2015 at Magnolia Funeral Home. A celebration of Bob's life with military honors will be held at 1 PM, Thursday, October 8, 2015 at Corinth National Cemetery, officiated by Greg Woodruff. Interment will follow at Corinth National Cemetery. Magnolia Funeral Home is caring for the family. Voss and husband Matt of Rolling Meadows, IL, Margaret Bradley of Corinth, MS and Barbara White of The Colony, TX; 6 grandchildren: Robert Neal Bradley, Darcie Nicole McCoy, Amber Brooke Poquette, Alicia Kara Poquette, Timothy James Kucan and Elijah White; one great-granddaughter: Bradley E. McCoy; two brothers: Jim Poquette and wife Kathy of Phoenix, AZ and Joe Poquette and wife Gail of Jacksonville, FL; other relatives and a host of friends.
