Richard Wayne Bennett

Richard Wayne Bennett passed away at his home in Faulkner Monday, January 3, 2011 at the age of 70. Mr. Bennett was born September 25, 1940 in Tippah County, MS to the late Hugh and Willie Reed Bennett. He was a member of Church of Tippersville Full Gospel and a retired carpenter. He is survived by his wife of 24 years: Doris Bennett- Faulkner, MS Son: Danny Rogers and wife Angie – Michie, TN; Terry Len Rogers- Walnut, MS Daughters: Sherry Nelson and husband Terry – Walnut, MS; Sandy Hogue and husband Terry – Dumas, MS; Missy Williams – Walnut, MS; Debbie Bryant and husband Phillip of Walnut, MS 20 Grandchildren One Special Granddaughter: Chelsa Brooks Special Grandson: Jesse Brooks 11 Great Grandchildren Step Brothers: Doyle Bennett – Ripley, MS; JR Bennett- Ashland, MS; Thomas Bennett, GA Sisters: Leatrice Damrick – San Diego, California; Hazel Samuelal – Millington, TN Sister-in-law: Doris Bennett Box - Ripley, MS Several Nieces, Nephews, Other relatives and a host of friends He was welcomed to heaven by his father: Hugh Bennett Mother: Willie Reed Bennett Son: Kenny Rogers Brother: Billy Bennett Sister: Flora Mae Chunn Half Brothers: Donald Bennett & James Bennett
