Rethie "Granny" Kemp passed away Sunday, June 12, 2011 at her residence in Glen, Ms at the age of 76. She was born August 25, 1934. She was a retired factory Worker; She loved visiting her family & friends and working with her flowers & in the yard. She loved going to church. She was a member of Harper Road Christian Church She is survuved by her Sons: Henry Lain “Buddy” Kemp & wife Lil; Joel Keith “Joe” Kemp – all of Glen Daughters: Phyllis Charlene “Phil” Kemp Thurman & husband Allen – Corinth, MS; Karen Joy Kemp Pittman & fiancé Don Mackenez – Humbolt, TN Grandchildren: 10 Great Grandchildren: 12 Pallbearers will be Bobby White, David Derrick, Rick Quinn, Joe Caldwell, Tommy Hopkins, Rickey Smith Other Relatives and a host of friends She is Welcomed to Heaven by her Son: Charles Houston “Sonny” Kemp, Jr. Parents: Marcus F. & Minnie James Lewis Brothers: Frank L.
