Margaret Mary "Peggy" Poole Wilson, 72, of Selmer, TN passed away on Monday, August 29, 2016 at her residence. She was born in North Tonawanda, NY on October 24, 1944 to the late George and Edna Price Poole. Peggy lived a life filled with love. She spent her time sharing this love with others. While raising her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, she taught them to love God by exhibiting a faith that was out of this world. She enjoyed reading, cooking for those she loved, gardening, sewing and singing. She has passed on to be with the God she loved, where she will eagerly await a reunion with the family she loved. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation from 11 AM until service time Friday, September 2, 2016 at Magnolia Funeral Home. A celebration of Peggy's life will be held at 2 PM Friday, September 2, 2016 at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories officiated by Bro. Matt Emerson with eulogy's by Destinee Wilson and Sherry Romero. Interment will follow in Prospect Cemetery in Selmer, TN. Pallbearers include Mark Wilson, Christopher Wilson, George Poole, Jordan Chism, Jacob Romero, Alex George, Kamil Chism and Justin Stutz. Magnolia Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements. Those left to honor Peggy's memory include her husband of 52 years: Carl Wilson of Selmer, TN; her sons: Charles Poole of Ramer, TN, David Poole (Sherry) of Adamsville, TN, Tracey Poole of Ramer, TN, Scott Wilson (Debbie) of Waco, TX, and Michael Wilson (Tammy) of Nashville, TN; her daughter: Peggie Ledbetter (Jim) of Pawhuska, OK; 14 grandchildren: Mark, Nichole, Chris, Elizabeth, Amy, Loretta, Tracie Lynn, Seth, David, Casey, George, Jessica, Dustin, and Destinee; 22 great-grandchildren: Korbin, Spencer, Kaitlyn, Gabriel, Kirstin, Alex, Allyson, Kinsley, Dylan, Emma, Benjamin, Max, Julian, Caylee, Jay, Gabrielle, Kamil, Kolbe, Brayden, Trevor, Luis, and Mackenzie; her sisters: Helen Robert of Abingdon, VA and Nancy Strebeck (Vernon) of Barry, TX; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her 1st husband: Charles McDonald; her sons: Dewayne Wilson and Carl Wilson; her grandchild: Kimberly; and her great-grandchildren: Eboni and Kaleb and 5 special angel babies.
