Paul B. Rolison

Celebration of Life services for Paul B. Rolison 62, of Corinth, MS  are set for 2:00 pm Saturday, October 28, 2023 at Wheeler Grove Baptist Church with Bro. Cory Holley and Bro. Josh Westmoreland officiating. Burial will follow in the Wheeler Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends for visitation Friday, October 27, 2023 from 5-8:00 pm and Saturday, October 28, 2023from 12:30 pm to the service time at the church.

Paul began his battle with Glioblastoma, a rapid spreading brain cancer, on November 4^th, 2022 and fought his courageous fight until the end on October 24^th, 2023. He left this world as he loved to live it, surrounded by his family at his residence. He was born June 18, 1961 in Grand Junction, TN at Edward’s Clinic to S.D. Rolison and Letha Newman Rolison of Ramer, TN. He was a 1979 graduate of Walnut High School. Every morning, you would find Paul at K-Town Café or the Pig Trough. Paul owned his own landscaping and lawn service, but more than anything he enjoyed time with family and witnessing to others about the love of God. Despite the trials and tribulations Paul faced in his final days, he remained a constant light for others and lived his life though God’s word.

In his life, he was an Alderman for the town of Kossuth and was a former member of Rotary Club and the Alliance in Corinth, MS. He was a long-time member of Wheeler Grove Baptist Church where he was a devoted Christian and member of the Sharing and Caring Class there.

He is preceded in death by his parents S.D. Rolison and Letha Newman Rolison; sisters Marie Scott (W.C.), Geraldine Lowrance (Thomas), and Ann Mathis (Travis).

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Sherry Rolison (Crabb); daughters Amber (Stan) Morelock and Katie (Jonathan) Strausser; grandchildren Lilly Kate Morelock, Molly Grace Morelock, Archer Strausser, and Amelia Kate Swindle; brothers Jimmy Rolison, Robert (Brenda) Rolison, and Bill Rolison; sisters Louise Mask, Liz (Cliff) Roten, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Pallbearers will be Steve Byrd, Nickey Shaw, Phil Little, Nick Bain, Bob Sweeney and Mike Dawson

Honorary Pallbearers will be Dr. Leonard Pratt, Christopher (Chris) Brown, Steve Glidewell, Mitch Dawson, Gary Holley, Mayor and Alderman of Town of Kossuth, and Caring and Sharing Class of Wheeler Grove.
