She passed away Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at her Residence at the age of 47. She was a Cashier and a cook for Dillngham's Food Mart. She is Survived by her Husband of years: John Harrel Gaines Jr. – Glen, MS; Sons: Michael Joseph Dees – Moss Point, MS & John Harrel Gaines III – Glen, MS; a Daughter: Jennifer Lee Hastings – Glen, MS; Grandchildren (3): Lakota Hall, Braxton Hall, Siera Rayne Hastings; Her Mother: Nelda Latch Nixon – San Antonio, TX; Brothers: Jimmy Hastings & wife Trina – Griffin, GA; Randy Hastings – Glen, MS; Sister: Rebecca Johnson & husband Frank – Glen, MS; Step-mother: Dorothy Hastings – Corinth, MS; Sister-in-law: Cathy Hastings – Kossuth, MS. She also leaves Special Friends Danny and Linda Crotts, Don & Joy Hild, Jimmy & Billie Sue Dillingham, Bobby Burcham, Barbara Hall, Kimberly Felder & Maria Lestor. She is welcomed to Heaven by her Father: Herman Hastings; a Brother-in-law: J.D. Richardson.
