Mike Glidewell

Mike Glidewell, 59, of Corinth, MS passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2019 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. He was born in Corinth, MS on April 3, 1960 to the late James Glidewell and Betty Smith Williams and graduated from Kossuth High School in 1978. Mike was employed with Caterpillar Inc. for 28 years. He was an outdoorsman who loved God's creation and being able to develop memories that involved His creation. Mike was a family man who cared deeply for his friends and loved ones and will forever be remembered in the hearts of those he loved. A gathering of family and friends is scheduled for Tuesday, August 13, 2019 from 5– 6:30 pm at Magnolia Funeral Home. A celebration of Mike’s life will be held at 6:30 pm Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories officiated by Bro. Floyd Lamb. Family and friends will offer the eulogy. Magnolia Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements. Those left to honor Mike’s memory include his sons: Andy Glidewell (Brittany) of Fayetteville, AR, Ben Glidewell (Leslie) of Bono, AR, Joe Glidewell (Carly) of Jonesboro, AR, Matt Glidewell of Jonesboro, AR; his brother: Scotty Glidewell (Brenda) of Kossuth, MS; his nieces: Megan and Briley Glidewell; his uncle: Don Glidewell (Sara) and their children: Trevor and Maddie Glidewell all of Madison, MS; other relatives and many friends.
