Funeral services for Megan Alexandra Lake, 21 of Goodlettsville, TN (formerly Corinth, MS ) are set for Sunday, November 17, 2019 at 2:00pm at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with interment in Lone Oak Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, November 17, 2019 from 12:00pm until 2:00pm at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories. Megan was born September 4, 1998 in Nashville, TN and passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at her home in Goodlettsville, TN. She was of the Christian faith and a member of Oakland Baptist Church. Megan had a loving heart and never met a stranger, she enjoyed skating, dancing and singing and being a cheerleader in school. Megan is survived by her mother, Kelli Hemmerich Scott and husband Micheal of Corinth; sister, Amanda Walts of Corinth; paternal grandparents, Jerry and Sandra Talley of Corinth; maternal grandparents, Johnny and Sheila Bedford of Shingle Springs, California; niece, Elysse Ann Smith of Ashland; nephew, Anthony Walts of Ashland; special aunt, Rosemary Robinson and husband Joe of Bolivar, TN; aunt, Jennifer Hemmerich and her four children, Christy, Rachel, Matthew and Eddie; uncle, Justin Darrell of Memphis, TN; cousins, Alison and Catelin Green both of Corinth; other relatives and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her father, George H. Lake III and her aunt, Kim Green. Bro. Chris Aday will officate the service with Elysse Ann Smith and Kelli Scott delivering the eulogy.
