A Celebration of Life service for Mary Evelyn Cornelison , 84 of Glen, MS is set for Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at 1:00pm at Burnsville Pentecostal Church with interment at Grissom Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, November 5, 2018 from 5:00pm -8:00pm and Tuesday, November 6, 2018 from 11:00am until service time at Burnsville Pentecostal Church . Born July 10, 1934 in Spruce Pine, AL., Evelyn passed away Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, TN. She was a retired factory worker for Genesco and a member of Burnsville Pentecostal Church. Evelyn is survived by her husband of 69 years, Rufus A. Cornelison of Glen; sons: Larry Cornelison of Glen, MS ; Harold Cornelison of Glen, MS and Jimmy Cornelison of College Grove, TN; 4 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; brother: Wayne Roberts and wife Edna of Rienzi, MS ; other relatives and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Claud Roberts and her mother, Louphelia Bray Roberts. Rev. Jimmy Rich and Rev. Ronald Wilbanks will officiate the service.
