Lura Lea Boatner Clark passed away on Monday, February 27, 2012 at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth, MS at the age of 69.
Mrs. Clark was born October 1, 1942 in Liberty, MS to the late Francis Emmit and Evie Camille Boatner. She was a heavy equipment operator. She was the first female member of the Operating Engineers Local 624. She loved to read and hunt drift wood at the lake and work in her flower garden. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and mother-in-law. She was a member of North Crossroads Community Church.
She is survived by her sons: Waymon Jeffery White – Corinth, MS; Kevin Ray Creasey and wife Kat – Memphis, TN;Kenneth Creasey – Holly Springs, Ms
Daughters: Deidre Briggs and husband Danny – Corinth, MS; Brenda Hammac – Helena, Ark
Grandchildren: Brad Hubbard and Richard Linderman
Great Grandchildren: Cameron Smith and Chase Briggs
Sister: Frances Simpson – Freeport, TX
