Lula Faye Morris

A Celebration of Life service for Lula Faye Morris, 93 of Corinth, MS, will be Monday, January 29, 2024 at 2:00 P M at Magnolia Funeral Home East Chapel with internment to follow in Magnolia Gardens.   Bro. Ralph Culp will officiate the service with Jimmy Morris delivering the eulogy.  Visitation will be Monday, January 29, 2024 from 12:00 P M until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home – East.  Mrs. Morris passed away Monday, January 22, 2024 at her residence.  She was born July 30, 1930 in Alcorn County, MS to Walter Tarrant and Reecie Armstrong Tarrant.  She was of the Christian faith and graduated from Biggersville High School in 1949.  She was a member of American Legion Post #6 and was a great cook.  She loved her animals, reading her bible and helping people.   Mrs. Morris is survived by her sons, Jimmy Morris (Deborah) and Danny Morris (Felicia); her daughters, Vicki Brady (Eddie) and Susan Alexander (John); 4 grandchildren, Holly Gentry (Andy), Tyler Morris (Hannah), Ben Morris and Michael Paul Johnson (Drea); 7 great grandchildren; 2 great great-grandchildren;  her sister-in-law, Ruth Byrd; other relatives and a host of friends.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard G. Morris; her father, Walter Tarrant; her mother, Reecie Armstrong Tarrant and her grandson, Erik Brady.   Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mrs. Lula Faye Morris.
