Linda Sue Wiginton

A celebration of life service for Linda Sue Wiginton, 75, of Corinth, MS is scheduled for 11:00 AM Friday, October 6, 2023 at Magnolia Funeral Home – South with interment to follow in Magnolia Gardens. Visitation will be held 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM Thursday, October 5, 2023, and 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM Friday, October 6, 2023 at Magnolia Funeral Home – South. Born September 7, 1948 in Corinth, MS to Richard and Mary Haynie Walls, Linda passed away at her home in Corinth Tuesday, October 3, 2023.

            Those left to honor Linda’s memory include her son, Dwayne “Woody” Wiginton (Debbie); daughters, Towonna Jones and Tracie King; grandchildren, Matthew Nicky Wiginton (Meaghan), Michael Nathan Wiginton (Rachel), Kimberly Simmons (Ike), Shane Jones (Sarah), Tiffany Burrell, Orin King, Reagan King, Chaz King, Jenny Brooks (Shane), Chris Gurley (Dawn), Heather Marolt (Keith), Amber Gurley, and Joe Gurley; 31 great grandchildren; brother, Danny Walls (Peggy); sisters, Betty Martin (John) and Shelia Calvary (Jimmy); nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

            She was preceded in death by her husband, Nicky Wiginton; grandchild, Jessica Nicole Wiginton; parents, Richard M. and Mary B. Walls and significant other, Ken Walker.

            Pallbearers include Michael Wiginton, Matthew Wiginton, Shane Jones, Chris Gurley, Joe Gurley, and Carey Walls. Magnolia Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Linda Sue Wiginton.
