Lilly Patsy Parrish, 75, of Savannah, TN passed away Monday January 30, 2017 at her residence. A Celebration of Life is set for Saturday, February 4, 2017 at 12:00 noon at 1st Baptist Church of Counce with interment to follow at Neill Cemetery. Bro. Jimmy McChristial will officiate the service. Visitation will be Saturday, February 4, 2017 from 9:30 A M until service time at 1st Baptist Church of Counce. Born October 7, 1941 in AR, Lilly was a retired registered Dental Assistant. She was of the Baptist faith and was a member of 1st Baptist Church of Counce. Survivors include her son, Dean Jarrell of Savannah, TN; her daughter, Frances Gaylene Jarrell of Savannah, TN; her 2 grandchildren, Charlene Amandra “Mandi” Gregory and Jessica Nicole Jarrell Smith; 2 great grandchildren, Adriyanna Smith and Brenlee Smith; her mother, Mary Baldwin Epps of Wynne, AR; her brothers, Roger Epps (Liz) and Jeff Epps (Jessica); her sisters Helen Goodman, Marie Murry, Dianne Landers, Betty Sue Slocum, Myra Partain and Jackie Hill; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her father Glen Elgin Epps; her brothers, Glen Epps, Jr., Billy William Epps, Jerry Epps, Jessie Epps and John Walter Epps; and her sisters, Bonnie Anita Andrews and Vivain Epps.
