Lewis Leroy Wages

Lewis Leroy Wages, 80, of Rienzi passed away at his home on Saturday, December 3, 2022.  He was born June 12, 1942 in Alcorn County, MS. He was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed being outside, mowing, gardening, working on heavy equipment and spending time with his family. Lewis worked as a heavy equipment operator. He loved spending time with his son, Mark; his wife, Betty and his grand and great grandchildren. Lewis is survived by his wife of 60 years, Betty Wages; son, Mark Wages; grandchildren, Crystal Perry (Chance), and Steven Wages (Kelsey); great grandchildren, Landyn Rodgers, Emene Rodgers and Addy Rodgers; his brothers, Terry Wages, and Bobby Wages (Cometta), numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Arvin Wages and Charlene Davis Wages and brother, "L.L." Bud Wages.
