Lawrence Duncan Jr., 66, of Rienzi, Mississippi, died Friday, July 3, 2015, at his residence. He was of the Pentecostal faith and was a retired factory worker. Visitation is scheduled from 5-8 PM on Sunday, July 5, 2015 and from Noon till service time on Monday, July 6, 2015 at Magnolia Funeral Home. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 PM on Monday, July 6, 2015, at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, officiated by Bro. David Basden, Sis. Mary Prather and Bro. James Killough. Interment will follow in Forest Memorial Park. Pallbearers include Joshua Russell, Cedric Wilbanks, Chad Wilson, Donald Wilson, Caleb Wilson, Cory Wilson, Terry Turner and Kenneth Duncan. Honorary pallbearers include Danny Whirley, Roger Whirley and Paul Copeland. Magnolia Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by his wife of 18 years: Theresa Bain Duncan of Rienzi, MS; a son: Kenny Duncan of Rienzi, MS; his daughters: Angie Russell and husband Tracy of Walnut, MS, Sandra Jones and husband Stevie of Walnut, MS, Amber Duncan of Rienzi, MS and Michelle Acuttura and husband Jeremy of Kossuth, MS; a step son: Joey Fiveash of Rienzi, MS; a step daughter: Lori Talley and husband Todd of Corinth, MS; 8 grandchildren: Hank Fiveash, Josh Russell and wife Stacie, Latasha Eubanks and husband Steven, Stephanie Brock and husband Wesley, Cedric Wilbanks, Michael Acuttura, Erica Talley and Lauren Talley; a special grandson: Nathan Wilson; 9 great grandchildren; his sisters: Barbara Allen of Rienzi, MS, Marilyn Wilson of Rienzi and Cynthia Gates and husband Joe of Rienzi; other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Lawrence and Juanita Bragg Duncan; a brother: Johnny Duncan and a special friend: Jimmy Dale Jones.
