Larry R. Mask

Funeral services for Larry R. Mask, 75 of Florence, AL., are set for Friday, February 24, 2023 at 11:30 am at Magnolia Funeral Home - East. Visitation will be Thursday, February 23, 2023 from 5pm-7pm and Friday, February 24, 2023 from 10:30 am until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home - East.  Interment will be at Corinth National Cemetery with Military Honors. Bro. Donny Young will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Jerry Beaty, Curtis Spangler, Brian Semke, Gene Britnell, Tom Layman and Wendell Dennis. Born January 24, 1948 in Corinth, MS., Mr. Mask passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at his home in Florence, AL. He was a retired machine operator and a member of the West Lauderdale Cowboy Church. Larry loved his family, church family and friends and enjoyed the church rodeo, chuckwagon cookouts, Alabama football, fishing and watching car shows. Those left to cherish Larry's memory include his wife of 31 years, Jane Mask; sons, Casey Mask and Jeff Byrd (Angela); daughter, Laura Byrd; 5 grandchildren, Summer Swann, Chloe Swann, Trinity Byrd, Luke Byrd and Lillie Grace Mask; other relatives and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his son, Todd Mask;  his father, Leroy Mask and mother, Ruby Marecle Mask. The family would like to express a Special Thank You to the nurses, aides, volunteers and chaplain of Enhabit Hospice. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mr. Larry R. Mask.
