L.C. Wilkins, 83, of Burnsville, MS, passed away Sunday, August 9, 2020 at Tishomingo Manor in Iuka. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 11, 2020 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm at Magnolia Funeral Home. Graveside service will be Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at 11:00am at Grissom Chapel Holiness Church Cemetery. Born May 7, 1937 in Burnsville, MS, L.C. was a retired construction worker and of the Pentecostal faith. He was known by most as "Grader man". L. C. is survived by his son, Jason Wilkins and wife Christy of Mt. Hope, AL; daughters, Hilda Joslin of Corinth, Glenda Hall and husband Paul of Ripley, Sinda Cox of Burnsville and Amanda Marlar and husband Wade of Burnsville; 8 grandchildren, Jedediah Joslin and wife Lindsey, Felicia Hartnell and husband Jeremy, April Waldrop and husband John, Jeremy Cox, Jonathan Marlar, Natasha Malone and husband Cody, Bryson Wilkins and Jaycee Wilkins; 13 great-grandchildren, Kaylee Joslin, Sebastian Joslin, Kyser Joslin, Cooper Hill, Swayzee Hartnell, Talon Hartnell, Maybree Jo Hartnell, Brylee Thomas, Rhett Waldrop, Aden Cox, Paisley Cox, Lyric Stricklen and Lexxie Malone; brother, Lonzo Wilkins and wife Lavern of Burnsville; sisters, Lorene Fowler of Corinth, Lonnie Parker and husband Raffule of Burnsville and Lottie Malone of Corinth; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Wilkins; his son-in-law, Danny Joslin; father, Troy Wilkins; mother, Wreathea Gray Wilkins; brothers, Lester Wilkins and Lawrence Wilkins and his sisters, Lola Puckett and Lois Morton. Bro. Larry Vandiver will officiate the service. Jedediah Joslin, Jeremy Cox, Bryson Wilkins , John Waldrop, Jonathan Marlar and Cody Malone will serve as pallbearers.
