Kristi Bronson, 46, of Corinth, MS, passed away on Friday, September 20, 2019 at Christus Saint Michael Hospital in Texarkana, TX. She was born in Hammond, IN on November 7, 1972 attended East Corinth Baptist Church and will forever be remembered in the hearts of her family and friends. Kristi, a faithful mother and wife, has been called home to be with her Lord. Her life was spent in devotion - devotion to her family, her God, her Chicago Cubs and her dog Rebel. She bounded through life in a cloud of purple, her beloved dog at her lavender heels. Kristi never avoided conflict, facing down the world with her faith and convictions, and battled cancer with the same determination she used to coach Little League. She was a solid Christian, making time every day to read her purple Bible and pray. Her life was not interrupted once a week on Sundays by church, her life of service was occasionally spent inside a building with ‘church’ on the sign. Whether at home taking care of her boys, taking cancer treatments, or participating in a Relay for Life or American Cancer Society event, Ms. Kristi’s faith surrounded everything she did. Though we regret that her final at-bat is over, we cannot but rejoice that she has finally reached home. Where Kristi was going was never in doubt. We only wish it had taken her longer to get there.
