A Celebration of Life service for Kenneth Phillips, 84 of Corinth is set for Saturday, December 30, 2017 at 2:00pm at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with Military Honors with burial to follow in Dogwood Cemetery. Visitation is set for Saturday, December 30, 2017 from 12:00 noon until service time at the funeral home. Born February 18, 1933 in Knoxville, TN., Kenneth was a retired government inspector for the Department of Defense and of the Baptist faith. He was an U. S. Army veteran. Kenneth is survived by his daughters, Suzanne Smith and husband Bill of Stevensville, Montana, Cindy Null and husband Rusty of Counce, TN. and Stephanie Howell and husband Scott of Corinth; 4 grandchildren, Curtis Brandon Phillips, Jamie Purvis and Chad Little, Felicity Roby and husband A. J. and Olivia Howell; 5 great grandchildren, Delilah Sage Phillips, John Landon King, Jacob Roby, Elijah Moore and Liam Roby; sister, Betty Hawkins and husband Dan of Nashville, TN; other relatives and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his wife, Doretha F. Phillips; mother Cloan Stroud Phillips; father, Curtis Phillips and sister, Nancy Phillips. Bro. Bobby Capps will officiate the service.
