Biographical Information Date of Birth: February 6, 1940 Place of Birth: Burnsville, MS Education: AA Degree in Accounting. Kenneth Conaway worked in the Accounting Department at ITT, and retired after 28 years. He was a faithful member of Antioch Free Will Baptist Church for more than sixty years. He was a Deacon and served as Treasurer for the Church for more than thirty years. Kenneth was the pianist for the Jones Family Gospel Quartet. He loved music and it’s ability to bring one closer to God. Kenneth was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. God tells us that our bodies are mere shells. These shells are made to endure. However, they are not meant to endure hardships but to endure life. Life brings us both hardships and happiness. Kenneth understood both and through both he exemplified a man of conviction. He was a man that stood for God and he was a man that stood for family. We all know that life, at times, casts a shadow on the paths we walk to find our way. Kenneth was a man that knew to follow God’s light through the darkness. His life was proof that the actions of man can be great but the ability of man to love can be greater.
