Funeral services for Kenneth "Kit" Larry Bingham, 54 of Corinth are set for Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 11:00am at Magnolia Funeral Home with burial at Fraley's Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, December 1, 2017 from 5:00pm-8:00pm and Saturday, December 2, 2017 from 10:00am until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home. Born March 15, 1963 in Corinth, MS., he was a pipefitter for MidSouth Industrial in Bells, TN. Kit passed away at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 after a brief illness. He was of the Church of Christ faith. Some people look at old vehicles and that's all they see. Kit saw opportunity. He could take what anyone else believed to be junk and turn it into something beautiful. Though he sold most of what he made, he was never very clear on how big his profit margin was, since he considered the joy of doing it part of his payment. To Kit, the youngest of five children, nothing came before family. His life was spent in devotion to them, and his presence will be missed nowhere more than in family gatherings. Kit loved nothing more than an good hunt- whether running behind his beagles or sitting quietly in a tree. The chase to him was as important as the capture, and he found great happiness in spending hours hunting, fishing and thinking. Life, to Kit, was the greatest hunt of all: a relentless pursuit of something greater than himself- and an end that justified the journey he was taking to get there. He has finally found what he was looking for. Kit is survived by his sister, Robbie Kennedy of Rienzi; brothers, Phil Bingham of Corinth and Neal Bingham and wife Judy of Corinth; nephews, Casey Bingham and wife Kate and Allen Johnson and wife Jenny; niece, Angie Payne and Gene Thorne; great nephews, Bradlee Bingham, Gavin Fullwood, Jase Payne, Mark Johnson and Boone Bingham; great niece, Katie Johnson; other relatives and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Julian Bingham; mother, Jessie Deloise Hamilton Bingham; brother, Brad Bingham and brother-in-law, Billy Kennedy. Pallbearers will be Jeff Bingham, Allen Johnson, Jimmy Sagely, Tim Sagely, Mike Sagely and Ray Sanders. Honorary pallbearer is Randy James. Minister Ricky Fields will officiate the service. Magnolia Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mr. Kenneth "Kit" Bingham.
