Kelcy Ray Martindale, Jr.

A Celebration of Life service for Kelcy Ray "Smiley" Martindale, Jr., 47 of Corinth, MS, will be held Sunday, March 11, 2018 at 2:00 P M at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery. Bro. Mark Nails and Bro. Trey Lambert will officiate the service. Visitation will be Saturday, March 10, 2018 from 5:00 P M to 9:00 P M and Sunday, March 11, 2018 from 1:00 P M until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home. Mr. Martindale was born April 23, 1970 in Corinth, MS to Kelcy Ray and Reba Latch Martindale. He was a retired employee of Caterpillar and was of the Baptist faith. He loved target shooting, riding the roads and buying guns and knives. Smiley is survived by his parents, Ray and Reba Latch Martindale; his brothers, Nathan Martindale and wife Roberta of Corinth, MS and Matthew Martindale of Corinth, MS; his nieces, Kristen Martindale (Hunter Brooks) and Chelcy Martindale; great-nephew, Baylor Brooks; other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, J. D. and Jewell Martindale and his maternal grandparents, M. V. and Hazel Latch. Pallbearers will be Jason James, Allen Byrd, Scotty Glidewell, Kenneth Duncan, Chad Sebring and Joshua Chapman. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mr. Jr. "Smiley" Martindale.
