Kathy Winters

Kathy Winters, 73, of Adamsville, TN, went to be with her Lord on Monday, August 27, 2018 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. She was born in Corinth, MS on May 5, 1945 to the late Sherman “Buck” and Ella Mae Mayhall. Kathy was a homemaker and a member of New Chapel Freewill Baptist Church - Counce where she was a part of the DOLL "Doing Our Lord's Labor" Club. She will forever be remembered in the hearts of her family and friends. Visitation is scheduled from 5-8 pm Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Magnolia Funeral Home – Corinth and from 10 am till service time Friday, August 31, 2018 at New Chapel Freewill Baptist Church. A celebration of Kathy’s life will be held at 1 pm, Friday, August 31, 2018 at New Chapel Freewill Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Paul Childers and Rev. Charles Linam. Interment will follow in Center Hill Cemetery – Counce. Pallbearers include Ronnie Young, Jay Horton, Michael Jones, Justin Tuberville, Joe Crosby, Bill McGee, and Cliford Franks. Magnolia Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements. Those left to honor Kathy’s memory include her husband of 57 years: Frank Winters of Adamsville, TN; her children: Katreina Winters of Adamsville, TN, Kem Winters (Lee) of Adamsville, TN, Konda Winters (Dennis Kelly) of Scotts Hill, TN, and Kevin Winters (Shantay) of Savannah, TN; her grandchildren: Brandy Tuberville (Nathan Brasher), Jenifer Emerson (Justin), Courtney Ramizer (Carlos), Mark Brown, Hawke Winters, and Sephia Winters; her step-grandchild: Kyle Kelly; 11 great grandchildren; her brothers: William Mayhall of KY and Jack Mayhall of Counce, TN; other relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Sherman “Buck” and Ella Mae Mayhall; her brothers: Sherman, David, Larry and James Loyd Mayhall; and her sister: Marie Burney.
