Kathy Miller

Kathy Miller, 80, of Corinth, MS, passed away at Tishomingo Manor on Saturday, April 8, 2023. Born in Corinth, MS on October 31, 1942 to the late Charles P. and Mary Frances Deaton, Kathy was a member of Lone Oak Baptist Church.  She enjoyed collecting unicorns, mugs and angels, loved animals, Elvis, John Wayne and Chuck Norris. Kathy’s greatest passion was spending time with her family. She will forever be missed by her family and friends. Visitation is scheduled from 5 – 8 pm Monday, April 10, 2023 at Magnolia Funeral Home - East. A celebration of Kathy’s life will be at 3 pm, Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at Magnolia Funeral Home – East officiated by Bro. Jay Knight. Family will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow at Wheeler Grove Cemetery.  Magnolia Funeral Home - East is entrusted with the arrangements. Those left to honor Kathy’s memory include her son, Brian Scott Riggs (Trena); her daughter, Rhonda K. Garrett (Eddie); her stepson, Mark Miller (Vanessa); her stepdaughter, LaDonna Coggins (Lee); her sister, Joyce Evelyn Johnson; 10 grandchildren, Henry Adam Garrett, Colton Garrett, Brian Michael Riggs, Brandon Riggs, James Riggs, Joseph Gilmore, Alex Trice, Mariah Miller, Maresha Kirk, and Markesha Alexander; 6 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
