Judy Lee Barnett

A Celebration of Life service for Judy Lee Barnett, 70 of Corinth, Ms, will be Saturday, June 15, 2024 at 2:00 P M at Magnolia Funeral Home – South on Hwy 45 South with interment to follow in Magnolia Gardens. Bro Craig Wilbanks will officiate the service. Visitation will be Saturday, June 15, 2024 from 12:00 P M until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home – South. Mrs. Barnett passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at North MS Medical Center in Tupelo, MS. She was born June 21, 1953 in Memphis, TN to James Walter Cox and Letha Voyles Cox. She was a caregiver and a member of Calvary Freewill Baptist Church in Jacinto, MS. She loved to rescue animals, singing in the choir and spending time with her grandchildren. Her family was very important to her. She was a very humble person and loved to help others. Judy is survived husband of 51 years, Alva Barnett; her son, Dusty Barnett (Brittany); her daughters, Marsha Moss (Gregory) and Shelia Billingsley (Mickey); four grandchildren, Kenslee Barnett, Kaylee Barnett, LeAnna Billingsley and Laney Billingsley; her brother, Sanford Cox; her sisters, Janie Howell (Larry); other relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Jim Cox and her mother, Letha Voyles Cox and her twin sister, Janet Lynn Cox. Pallbearers will be Tyler Milam, Mickey Billingsley, Gregory Moss, Glen Mullins, Bro. Craig Wilbanks and Zack Eaton. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mrs. Judy Lee Barnett.
