JoJo Gardner

A Celebration of Life service for JoJo Gardner, 48 of Corinth, MS, will be Monday, October 18, 2021 at 11:00 A M at Magnolia Funeral Home – East Chapel with interment to follow at Fairview Community Church Cemetery in Iuka, MS. Pastor Nelson Hight will officiate the service. Visitation will be Sunday, October 17, 2021 from 5:00 P M to 8:00 P M and Monday, October 18, 2021 from 10:00 A M until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home – East. Mrs. Gardner passed away Friday, October 15, 2021 at her residence. She was born July 11, 1973 in Iuka, MS to Bobby Joe Tucker and Marilyn A. Ross Tucker Fowler. She was of the Christian faith and a member of Church of The Crossroads. She enjoyed fishing, grooming dogs and spending time with her grandchildren. She loved jeeping in the woods and working the concession stand at Alcorn Central football games. JoJo is survived by her husband of 30 years, Chris Gardner; her sons, Chris Gardner, Jr. (Maddy) and Jesse Gardner (Gillian Lingelbach); her daughter, Brittany Garvin (Daniel); five grandchildren, Mady Tacker, Justin Garvin, Emery Garvin, Hadleigh Gardner and Hughes Gardner; her mother, Marilyn Fowler; her brothers, Austin Fowler and B.J. Tucker; her sisters, Lynn Holloway (Hal), Brandy Moore (Greg) and Trista Tucker; other relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Bobby Joe Tucker. Pallbearers will be John Robinson, Jarred Woodruff, Chris Haley, Cid Gardner, Phil King, Brian Kelley and Mark Gardner. Honorary pallbearer will be Sam Wallace. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mrs. JoJo Gardner.
