Date of birth: February 11, 1925
Employment/Occupation/Church/Bio: He was a U.S. Navy, Army and Air Force Veteran who served in WWII and during the Korean War and the Berlin Crisis. He was on the destroyer accompanying the USS Missouri while the peace treaty with Japan was signed. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. He loved working with his hands, fishing and gardening. He loved spending time with his family and friends especially his grandchildren & great grandchildren. He was a lifelong member of the American Legion 40 and 8 and the VFW.
