Jimmy J. Hardin

A celebration of life service for Jimmy Hardin, 77, of Glen, MS will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, January 23, 2025, at Magnolia Funeral Home – East with burial to follow in Dogwood Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, January 22, 2025, and 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Thursday, January 23, 2025, at Magnolia Funeral Home – East. Bro. Warren Jones will officiate the service. Jimmy was born September 6, 1947, in Corinth, MS to Colon and Cleo Hardin and passed away January 18, 2025, in Corinth, MS. He loved his family and God and was of the Baptist faith. He worked for 36 years at World Color and enjoyed spending time woodworking and playing bass guitar. Jimmy is survived by son, Jimmy Ray Hardin; brother, Benny Hardin; other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Rosa Jane Hardin; son, Jimmy Stacy Hardin; father, Colon Hardin; mother, Mary Cleo Strickland; brothers, Kenneth Hardin, Norvel Lee Hardin, Danny Hardin, Bobby Hardin, and Charles Hardin.
