Jerry Suitor, 74, of Corinth, MS, passed away on Friday, October 25, 2019 at Mississippi Care Center in Alcorn County. He was born in Alcorn County on May 26, 1945. He worked as a farmer and was a member of Pleasant Hill United Pentecostal Church. Jerry will forever be remembered in the hearts of his family and friends. Visitation is scheduled for Sunday, October 27, 2019 starting at 5 pm at Pleasant Hill United Pentecostal Church. A celebration of Jerry’s life will be held at 6 pm Monday, October 28, 2019 at Pleasant Hill United Pentecostal Church officiated by Rev. Tony Kirk and Rev. Dewayne Kirk. Interment will be in Lone Oak Cemetery. Pallbearers include David Morgan, Ray Flores, Curtis Brawner, Ernie Mitchell, Devyn Cook, and Sammy James. Magnolia Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements. Those left to honor Jerry’s memory include his wife of 43 years: Sylvia Suitor of Corinth; his daughter: Chassidy Clark of Iuka; his grandchildren: Dalton Clark, Corey Killough, and Brittany Flores; his great grandchildren: Gabriella Killough, Scarlett Killough, Liam Killough, and Maggie Flores; other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Otie and Maudie Willis Suitor; his brothers: Aaron Suitor and Willard Suitor; and his sister: Helen Hodum.
