James Theodore Whitehurst

James Theodore Whitehurst, 77, of Hornsby, TN passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at Bolivar General Hospital in Bolivar, TN. Graveside services for Mr. Whitehurst are set for Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at Forrest Memorial Park Cemetery in Corinth, MS. Bro. Dennis Smith will officiate the service. He was the owner of Whitehurst Lumber Company in Hornsby, TN. He was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Hornsby Baptist Church. Mr. Whitehurst loved fishing, woodworking and spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his daughter Nicole Whitehurst Howard and husband Eddie of Corinth, MS; his three grandchildren, Bo Howard, Brittanie Howard Brown and husband Eric and Baylee Howard; his nieces, Debbie Whitehurst, Teri Whitehurst Morin, Sharon Whitehurst Nichols and Janeen Sipes McGlinchey: his sister-in-law, Judy Whitehurst; other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Theodore Aldolphus Whitehurst; his mother, Ruby Lee Brumlow Whitehurst; his brother Billy Whitehurst; his sister, Nancy Whitehurst Sipes; and his niece, Marianna Whitehurst.
