James "Fat Boy" Pate

James “Fat Boy” Pate Jr., 52, of Corinth, MS, passed away on Friday, March 29, 2019 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, TN. He was born in Memphis, TN on December 14, 1966 to the late James Pate Sr. and Betty Pate. He will forever be remembered in the hearts of his family and friends. Visitation is scheduled from 12-2 pm Saturday, April 6, 2019 at Magnolia Funeral Home. A celebration of Fat Boy’s life will be held at 2 pm Saturday, April 6, 2019 at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories. Magnolia Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements. Those left to honor Fat Boy’s memory include his wife: Linda Peters of Corinth; his sons: Todd Peters of Glen, MS and James Lee Pate (Brittney) of Corinth; his daughters: Samantha Pate of Corinth, Teresa Kyle of Corinth, and Betty Aguilar; 14 grandchildren; his sisters: Carolyn Pate of Alabama, Diane Hall of Tupelo, and Sissy Poore of Alabama; other relatives and a host of friends.
