James Micheal Mullins

A Celebration of Life service for James Micheal Mullins, 60 of Corinth, MS, will be Thursday, May 30, 2019 at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories. Rev. Dewayne Kirk will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 29, 2019 from 5:00 P M to 8:00 P M and Thursday, May 30, 2019 from 12:00 noon until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home. Mr. Mullins passed away Sunday, May 26, 2019 at his residence in Corinth, MS. He was born April 17, 1959 in Memphis, TN to James Loyd Mullins and Annie Pearl Cooper Mullins. He owned Corinth Auto Electric and was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. Micheal is survived by his wife of 40 years, Ruby Burkhalter Mullins of Corinth, MS; his daughters, Shelia Alstatt (Kevin) of Walnut, MS, Debbie Lee (Tim) of Corinth, MS Sandy Burkhalter (Don) of Booneville, MS and Brandy Griffin (David) of Corinth, MS; 8 grandchildren, Tiffany Alstatt, Lauren Lee Jones (Josh), Stanton Lee (Amber), Eli Griffin, Scarlet Griffin, Devin Frady, Dustin Jones and David Edwards; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Teresa Mullins Jones (James) of Corinth, MS; niece, Sarry-Ann Morgan Jones; nephews, Josh Jones (Lauren) and Tyler Jones (Morgan); caregiver, Tina Mullins (Jeff) of Corinth, MS; other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his father, James Lloyd "Plugit" Mullins and his mother, Annie Pearl Cooper Mullins. Pallbearers will be Stanton Lee, Eli Griffin, Devin Frady, David Frady, Thomas Jones, Dustin Jones, David Edwards and Ben Martin.
